- Course completion certificates upon successful finish
User Eligibility
- • Users must be at least 18 years old to enroll in courses
- • Account registration requires accurate personal information

- • One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

Course Access and Duration
Course access is granted upon successful enrollment and payment. Access duration varies by program:
RL Fundamentals
8 weeks active instruction + 4 weeks review access
Deep RL
10 weeks active instruction + 6 weeks review access
Applied RL Systems
12 weeks active instruction + 8 weeks review access
3. Prohibited Uses
To maintain a safe and productive learning environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Content and Intellectual Property
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of course materials
- Sharing login credentials or account access with others
- Recording, screenshotting, or copying proprietary content
- Commercial use of educational materials without permission
Platform Security and Conduct
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
- Transmitting malicious code or harmful software
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward other users
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
Consequences of Violations
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to our services, forfeiture of course fees, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through agenttllabs services remain the exclusive property of agenttllabs Pte Ltd or our licensed content providers.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment Requirements
Course Fees
- • All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- • Payment required before course access
- • Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal
- • Installment plans available for qualified applicants
Billing and Invoicing
- • Invoices sent within 24 hours of enrollment
- • Corporate billing available for group enrollments
- • All prices include applicable Singapore GST
- • Payment processing handled securely through Stripe
Refund Policy
Full Refund (100%)
Available within 7 days of enrollment if no course materials have been accessed and no live sessions attended. Processing time: 5-10 business days.
Partial Refund (50%)
Available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 25% of course content has been accessed. Requires completion of feedback survey.
No Refund
After 14 days of enrollment, or if more than 25% of course content has been accessed, or upon course completion. Medical emergencies considered case-by-case.
Special Circumstances

Resolution Process
Informal Resolution

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to the Singapore Mediation Centre for mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
Legal Proceedings
As a last resort, unresolved disputes will be settled through Singapore courts. We encourage mediation to avoid the costs and delays of litigation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Sharing account credentials or unauthorized access
- Disruptive behavior or harassment of other users
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
Effects of Termination
- • Immediate loss of access to all course materials and platforms
- • Forfeiture of remaining course duration and any partial refunds
- • Survival of intellectual property, confidentiality, and dispute resolution provisions
- • User obligation to delete any downloaded materials
- • No entitlement to course completion certificates
9. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and agenttllabs regarding our services.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver

Assignment
